COnstruction
Established in 2023 by Trevor MacAllister, MacAllister Construction LLC is a Colorado-based general contracting firm built on a foundation of proven experience and integrity.
Trevor’s passion for building began early on with years of hands-on carpentry work and developed further through degrees in Construction Management and Business Administration from Colorado State University. His career started with a local Vail Valley general contractor, where he rose from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent within his first year, successfully managing a wide range of complex projects.
With the formation of MacAllister Construction, Trevor assembled a team of highly skilled professionals who share his commitment to excellence. Vice President Justin Pronga brings deep industry knowledge, leadership experience and strong relationships across Colorado’s construction landscape. MacAllister Construction Superintendents, Project Managers, and all project team members are trusted collaborators on our projects, adding technical expertise and on-site precision that define the company’s craftsmanship.
Today, MacAllister Construction stands out as a trusted partner for high-end residential and commercial projects throughout Colorado. The firm’s success is driven by a disciplined focus on safety, quality, scheduling, and budget management. These values guide every decision from proposal to completion.
Rather than chasing the lowest bid, MacAllister Construction develops realistic, trade-informed budgets and partners with reliable subcontractors to deliver projects that exceed expectations.

Justin Pronga
Partner, Vice-President
Justin first moved to Colorado to chase whitewater rapids as a river guide after completing his education at Simpson College in Iowa. Raised in a family of builders, he promptly established himself in the construction industry, spending his early career in Colorado Springs before moving to the Vail Valley and accepting a role with a local contracting firm. His expertise in the field was evident and immediately recognized, earning the role of General Superintendent in a short amount of time — all while building an impressive list of completed projects. Justin joined MacAllister construction as Vice President soon after the company launched in 2023 and continues to provide immeasurable value to new builds and innovative renovations throughout Colorado.
