This phased remodel of a single-family, five-bedroom, four-an-a-half-bath residence in Cordillera was completed over the course of two summers. Phase one encompassed a full interior transformation of the 5,500-square-foot home, including new wood flooring throughout common areas, carpet in all bedrooms, a completely redesigned kitchen, updated lighting, a custom dry bar, fully remodeled bathrooms, the addition of a media room, a whole-home humidification system and fresh paint throughout. The second and final phase focused on the replacement of all exterior windows and doors, resulting in a modernized yet refined exterior aesthetic.
